The leather skirt and the office
Leather, some people say, is not appropriate for the office. I beg to differ. Not only is the leather skirt a classic and making an appearance at the shows of several designers, e.g. Marc Jacobs and Tommy Hilfiger, but it can also be a work staple. Of course it all depends on the skirt, but if chosen wisely (think of shape and length) and combined with a classic shirt and/or cardigan/jacket, it can certainly lift a dreary day at the office. Bonus, if worn with a top and accessories it is great for a night out!
